The Inner Sanctum is an intimate retreat created to give you the space, experiences and support to explore whatever is calling you deeper.

Nestled on private land in beautiful Maroochy River on the Sunshine Coast, you’ll be immersed in nature and held within a small, intimate group as you move through a carefully curated journey of transformational experiences, personal exploration, connection and integration.

There is no destination you need to reach.

Your journey is your own.

Our role is to create and hold the space, offering experiences and tools that invite you to explore your inner landscape and follow what is arising for you.

YOUR JOURNEY

Friday | Arrive, Ground & Set Your Intentions

Arrive, settle into the beachhouse and connect with the group before opening our retreat together on the land. Our first evening invites you to begin turning inward through breathwork, sound healing, and a beach circle to consciously set your intentions for the weekend.

Saturday | Expand Your Consciousness

A deeper day of exploration, including a facilitated journey on the land at Maroochy River, reflection, integration, cacao and gentle sound healing. The day winds up with a fire circle and community connection.

Sunday | Explore & Expand

The journey continues with soul constellations, collaborative facilitation experiences and deeper exploration, Chakra dance and crystal bowl sound bath creating space for connection, expression and whatever is ready to emerge post journey.

Monday | Relax & Integrate

There is no need to rush straight back into everyday life.

Enjoy a bonus morning to have breakfast together, journal, walk the beach, go for a swim, connect with others or simply rest before departing by midday.

ACCOMMODATION

Stay in a beautiful beach house in Coolum Beach, walking distance from the beach, with a pool and spa to enjoy during your stay.

All retreat experiences will take place on the land in Maroochy River, with transport arranged to and from the beach house each morning and evening.

The beach house offers five beautiful bedrooms with a selection of king, queen and single beds.

Accommodation options include:

• Private Room: Your own bedroom, exclusively for you.

• Couples Room: A private bedroom for you and your partner.

• Twin-Share Room: Share a bedroom with just one other retreat guest. Maximum two people per room.

All prices include the full retreat experience, accommodation and meals.

Couples rates are for two people. All other rates are per person.

RECEIVE | Full Retreat

Come exactly as you are and immerse yourself fully in the retreat experience, allowing yourself the freedom to explore your own journey without any facilitation responsibilities.

FACILITATE + RECEIVE | Contribute & Receive $111 Back

If you have a modality, practice or gift you'd love to share, you can contribute one experience during the retreat and receive a reduced retreat rate. 

This is an opportunity to step more fully into your gifts while co-creating a meaningful experience with the group. You can undertake a 30 minute session or facilitate a 60 - 90 minute session of your creation. It is flexible based on the experience you wish to facilitate.

AN INTIMATE EXPERIENCE

Inner Sanctum is intentionally kept small, creating space for genuine connection, individual exploration and a deeply held container throughout our time together.
