Ordering Tracking & Deliveries

How is my delivery cost calculated?

Your delivery cost will be calculated on your address location and the size
and weight of your goods purchased. Local pickups are Free.

How long will my order take to receive?
You can expect your order to be delivered in 7 - 14 days from ordering.

Is there tracking on my order?
Yes, tracking is provided on all deliveries.

Is there insurance on my order?
Crystal Creations 88 covers the insurance on the first $100.00 of your order.
If you require insurance on the total of your order then this will be
calculated by the transport company based on the value of your order.
This will be an additional cost so please advise us immediately if you
require additional insurance.

Is it possible to pick up my order?
You can pick up your order if you are based in Sydney only.

Exchanges & returns

What is our returns policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. For product and manufacturers defects we offer
exchanges if you advise us within 14 days of purchase.

In order to process your exchange you will need to supply us with proof of
purchase and the item must be unused and in the same condition it was
when you received it. You will need to send photos or videos showing the
issue with the product and the item must be with the original
packaging. Whilst we will replace any broken or faulty items you will be
responsible for the postage required to send your replacement item.

I received my item and it was broken. What should I do?
If you receive your items and it is broken then you must do the following:

Firstly you will only be covered up to $100.00 as a result of your standard postage fees. If you have additional insurance then the full amount insured for will be covered.

To log your claim undertake the following:

Photograph your broken item as you received it in the original packaging.

Get as many photos as possible to clearly show the damage to your item and the damage to the packaging.

Photograph the courier slip addressed to you.

Email all the photographs and details of your claim to info@source88.com.au

Provide as much details as possible in your email including if you had additional insurance cover on your item/s.

Your claim will be processed with the courier company and their insurance provider. These claims can take up to 3 - 6 weeks to process.

Please note: your claim is with the courier company and not with Crystal Creations 88, we just assist to facilitate your claim.
