Level 2: 6 hour training workshop

- Practice sessions tailored to individual goals, such as 1:1 sessions or incorporating sound healing in yoga classes 

- Opportunities for group practice and receiving feedback through 'soul food feedback form' 

- Emphasis on building confidence, trusting intuition, and playing from a space of authenticity 

- Focus on immediate integration of crystal singing bowls in participants' classes and offerings 

- Idea generation for integration of sound into your existing offerings or as new client offerings
