Join us for an activating Breathwork & Sound Healing event focused on the sacral chakra, where we will journey from stagnation to creation. This immersive experience is designed to clear, activate, and balance your sacral chakra, empowering you to release blockages and embrace your creative potential. 
Through guided breathwork and the healing vibrations of sound, you will reconnect with your inner flow, fostering emotional release and inspiring new beginnings.

The Sacral Chakra, or Svadhisthana, is located just below the navel. It is associated with emotions, creativity, sexuality, and relationships. When the Sacral Chakra is blocked or out of balance, it can lead to a variety of physical, emotional, mental & spiritual impacts, including:
